Title: Chairman of the board and chief executive officer of KeyCorp. He has been a member of KeyCorp's Board of Directors since 1996. Meyer was elected chairman of the board of KeyCorp in May 2001.
Education: Meyer received a Bachelor of Arts degree in econometrics from Colgate University in 1972, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard University in 1978.
Affiliations: He serves as trustee of Case Western Reserve University Weatherhead School of Management Visiting Committee, The Cleveland Museum of Natural History, Northeast Ohio Council on Higher Education, University School, and WVIZ/PBS. He is chairman of the board of trustees of both University Hospitals Health System, Inc. and University Hospitals of Cleveland. Meyer serves as a director of Lincoln Electric Holdings, Inc.
