Sean Mellino is an attorney with the law firm of D. Peter Hochberg Co., L.P.A. The firm is involved with the preparation and prosecution of patent and trademark applications in the United States and foreign countries; patent, trademark, copyright and trade secret licensing; patent, trademark and trade secret litigation; and counseling in all phases of intellectual property law. The firm has technical expertise in mechanical, electronic, computer, biological and chemical technologies. The law firm is associated with numerous legal and intellectual property associations, including The American Intellectual Property Law Association, The International Trademark Association, Licensing Executives Society, AIPPI, FICPI, The Asian Patent Attorneys Association, The Cleveland Intellectual Property Law Association and The American Arbitration Association.
Mr. Mellino is a 1994 graduate of St. Ignatius High School in Cleveland, OH, a 1998 graduate of Dickinson College in Carlisle, PA (B.S. Biology with pre-med concentration) and 2001 graduate of Case Western Reserve University School of Law. Mr. Mellino is admitted to practice in the State Courts of Ohio and before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. He is also a member of the Cleveland Bar Association and the Ohio State Bar Association. Mr. Mellino speaks fluent Italian.
