One adult membership in the "Create Your Weight" Program at Parrish Medical Center.
Create Your Weight - Adult Weight Management Program is a 11 week, scientifically sound, weight management program that includes a nutritional assessment, education by clinical dieticians, and program participant's manuals.
Testing accurately assesses an individual's metabolism & caloric needs, which provides the dietitian with data to develop a personalized program based on individual wellness goals.
Wellness software allows clients to enter meals & exercise in their computers and immediately receive reports that track calories, protein, fats, carbohydrates, cholesterol, and more and allows a comparison of nutrient intake against target goals.
The Web-based application allows Dietitians to directly monitor clients, which enhances client's success by providing feedback based on client's individual records. The beginning date for the next session has not been determined, but it will be some time in Spring 2006. The time of the meetings will be in later afternoon / early evening. Clinical dieticians leading the program are willing to be flexible should you miss a session and then need to do a "make up."
