Item Description

This auction is for an exterior Mediterranean-style door out of a 1924 River Oaks house designed by Cram & Ferguson (famous for their work on the campuses of Princeton & Rice). The door is made of oak and features four panes of glass with decorative turned mullions. Door is in good shape with some minor wear around the edges. The door measures approximately 26" wide X 84" high and comes with its original hardware.

All items can be viewed at Historic Houston's Salvage Warehouse located at 1307 W. Clay. No shipping is available on any of the items in Historic Houston's Spring 2006 auction. Payment for auction items can be made by Visa and Mastercard ONLY. Auction items must be picked up at Historic Houston's Salvage Warehouse by April 30, 2006. Auction items left over 30 days will be made available to the public and any payments collected will be considered a donation to Historic Houston's Salvage Warehouse.
