Item Description
Miriam Schulman is a professional artist and frequent exhibitor in regional juried shows winning awards for watercolors, pastels and portraits. Her watercolor portraits are increasingly sought after for their originality and luminosity. She is member of the Mamaroneck Artist Guild, the Scarsdale Art Association and the Greenwich Art Society.
Ms. Schulman's works have been exhibited at galleries throughout the tri-state area and are included in private collections throughout the United States.
Miriam studied art and art history while at Dartmouth College earning academic citations in art history as well as graduating with the Adelbert Ames Fine Arts Award. She went on from Dartmouth to pursue a Master's degree in Science from M.I.T and initially had an exciting career in finance. She studied watercolors under noted New Jersey artists and nationally recognized watercolorists Elise Morenon, and Mel Stabin . Now she is a full time artist and lives in Scarsdale, New York.
Miriam Schulman will create a 9x12" custom watercolor of your child, pet or home. Additional figures or sizes may be purchased from the artist at her retail prices.
