Item Description
Houghton Mifflin Publishing, in association with the Walden Woods Project, proudly presents a special 150th anniversary edition, beautifully illustrated with Scot Miller's spectacular color photographs, which capture Walden as vividly in images as Thoreau captured it in words. The book is autographed by Walden Woods Project founder and musician Don Henley, by photographer Scot Miller, and by scientist and sociobiologist Edward O. Wilson, who wrote the foreword to this influential book. With 288 pages, 60 color photographs, 30 black and white photographs and 15 line drawings, this beautiful book is a treasure and a testament.
