Robert Siegel's design ability is evident in his success with a variety of building types. His award-winning project experience includes major civic commissions like the Korean Embassy in Beijing and academic facilities such as new Residence Halls for Bard College. Commercial spaces include the Swissair / Switzerland Tourism Office in New York City's Rockefeller Center and the recently completed Swissair First Class / Business Class Lounge at John F. Kennedy International Airport.
Robert Siegel earned his Bachelor of Architecture from Syracuse University and his Master of Science in Architecture from Columbia University. He has taught graduate architectural design at Parsons School of Design and coordinated their building technology program. He has also taught architectural design at Syracuse University, the Boston Architectural Center, Pratt Institute, and New Jersey Institute of Technology. Robert Siegel was a founding partner of Garrison Siegel Architects, established in 1991 and dissolved in 2001. He is chair of the AIA New York Chapter Committee on the Environment, focusing on the use of sustainable design and technology as tools for invention in architecture.
Robert Siegel will travel to ANY destination in the United States or abroad to meet with you. He will give you a three hour architecture and interior design consultation and will discuss your needs and desires for your upcoming new home construction, renovation, or interior design.
Robert will work with you and provide a preliminary design package including, "Coach, Business, and First-Class" options for your project.
