Item Special Note
My piece is called "Choices." I named it that because the choices we make today will have a direct affect on the life that we will live tomorrow. I have made bad choices that have lead me to this concrete cell that I now live in. I can't blame anyone else for my current situation. This has been all my fault. I built this prison for myself: brick by brick, bar by bar. I have come to realize that family and loved ones are what is important, not my homeboys or my gang. I just hope that society one day opens its eyes and sees that they should stop building more prisons and instead start building more shcools. Education is the key to crime prevention and I can only pray that society realizes that.
