Item Special Note
I was inspired to create this piece by analyzing the barbaric acts of humankind, expressed best by executions of the State. Nothing has changed over the centuries except the method of execution. We remain as barbaric and ghoulish now as we were five hundred or a thousand years ago. We claim to be civilized, yet our civility is merely a mask worn to cover our true nature of savagery. We dress in suits and ties and drive expensive luxury cars. We fly jumbo jets and even spaceships, yet beneath the layers of advancement remains the brute caveman who eats raw meat and wears furs as a covering.
