About Dagmar Frinta
Dagmar Frinta is an artist who has widely published in most major magazines and newspapers in the USA. Her work has been on bookjackets of authors suchas Robert Musil, Sherwood Anderson, and Charles Portis. She has had gallery shows in New York, Plzen, and Rome. She was recently part of The American Academy in Rome Visiting Artist/Scholar Program. She has worked as a fabricator for clients ranging from musician, Lou Reed, to architect, Peter Lynch (with whom she was featured in a 2006 Progressive Architecture Award).
