This beautiful 6 bedroom, 4.5 bathrooms home is literally just steps from thebeach in the gorgeous North Forest Beach area of the island, located less than 300 feet from the ocean.  This home overlooks the immaculate gardens, lagoons and fountains of Hilton Head Island's 4-star Crowne Plaza Resort.  With a private heated spa, designer decorated interior and ocean views, this home is an ideal vacation place.

The home is available for a one week stay (Saturday to Saturday) from September 2007 through 2008 with the following blocked out dates:  Easter weeks, Thanksgiving weeks and May 17th -August 30.  Vacation week date must be mutally arranged with owner, based on availability.

The home features 6 bedrooms including first and second floor master suites, one queen bedroom, an additional upstairs king bedroom, and 2 twin bedrooms.  The house comfortably sleeps 12 and is ideal for 2 families.  The master suites are decorated with Tommy Bahama furnishings.  Elevator stops on each floor allowing easy access for luggage.

The home presents a great-room floorplan with integrated kitchen, dining and multiple living/sitting areas, all of which flow out to the covered porch through beautiful glass french doors.  The great room includes custom cabinetry with an entertainment center (including wide-screen TV, surround sound, DSL line and integrated stero system).

Winning bidder will receive a confirmation letter and must contact the owner of the property to book dates.  Some block out dates apply (see above).  Dates must be mutually agreed upon by owner and winning bidder.
