Item Description

Stan Rapp is the renowned direct marketing agency founder, keynote speaker and author of MaxiMarketing, the best-seller that first predicted the turnaround from mass marketing to one-to-one marketing. More than 500,000 copies of MaxiMarketing and the five books that followed have been sold with translations into a dozen languages. His most recent book, Max-e-Marketing in the Net Future, points the way to winning out in the broadband internet economy.

Rapp has twice served as the CEO of advertising agencies that developed into global networks with revenue in the hundreds of millions of dollars. He is the co-founder and for 23 years was CEO of Rapp Collins, America's largest marketing services company with revenue over $550 million worldwide. After a career as author and global keynote speaker, he was recruited to serve as CEO of MRM, McCann Relationship Marketing. Revenues increased seven-fold within 5 years under his leadership.

Rapp is a member of the DMA Hall of Fame and was named by Advertising Age magazine as one of the 101 people who shaped the history of advertising in the 20th century. In 2005 he joined Lester Wunderman as the second industry leader ever to receive the prestigious VISION Award from the Direct Marketing Educational Foundation. He is the U.S. Editor of Admap, a highly regarded global marketing journal and with Richard Cross is co-authoring a new book, The Miracle of Infinite Shared Space.

Together with his private equity partner Halyard Capital, Rapp recently announced formation of ENGAUGE, a new marketing solutions agency model with Rapp serving as Chairman of the Board.  ENGAUGE is a departure from today's commonplace integrated agency structure. With the ENGAUGE collaborative consortium, clients benefit from the passionate, entrepreneurial expertise of the member agencies and their ability to optimize the timeless power of customer engagement.

Don't miss an unforgettable lunch with this living legend.
