Item Description
WINE- The ultimate 'cult' Cabernet, Covenant has been called the world's greatest Kosher wine by Robert Parker. Shared cultural heritage and a love of fine wine led to the partnership that gave birth to Covenant Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine is sourced from grapes grown on a 3-acre parcel of the historic Larkmead Vineyard in Napa Valley, north of St. Helena. The 100% Cabernet Sauvignon wine is made by Jeff Morgan and Leslie Rudd under kosher supervision with guidance from Herzog Wine Cellars while also following classic Napa Valley methodology. Jeff Morgan of SoloRosa Winery is a winemaker, author, journalist and wine educator. Leslie Rudd is the owner of Rudd Winery in Oakville as well as the owner of Dean & DeLuca. Covenant is a compelling wine, plush and intense, yet approachable, packed with delicious black fruit, exhibiting perfect acids and great balance. The vintages of 2003, 2004 and 2005 all received scores of 90 and above from Robert Parker, Wine Spectator and other noted wine critics. This lot includes:
-One of only 30 magnums produced of 2004 Covenant Cabernet Sauvignon
-One 750ml bottle of 2003 Covenant Cabernet Sauvignon
-One 750ml bottle of 2005 Covenant Cabernet Sauvignon
