Item Description
WINE- The 2006 Keefer Ranch Vineyard Pinot Noir in Russian River Valley is a laser beam-focused rush of bright cherry on the nose and a big, expansive mouth feel of cherry, with tangy acidity. The Keefer Ranch Vineyard, located in Sonoma County's Green Valley appellation, has the most consistently cool weather in the County, one of the traits that makes Keefer Ranch a great vineyard for Pinot Noir. Pali Wine Company is owned by 21 people, a group of friends and coworkers, all of whom share a love for great wine, great people and great times. They are a dedicated group, with a desire for excellence and a love of the good life without any pretense or stuffiness. Pali loves Pinot Noir and believe that when the wine is properly made, more so than any other grape, it is a delicious expression of the vineyard from where it is grown. Pali strives to produce Pinots that accentuate the flavors imparted by the individual vineyards from where the grapes are sourced, buying from a diverse set of vineyards located throughout California and Oregon. Brian Loring, of Loring Wine Company, is their winemaker.
