Item Description
WINE- This is your chance to get 1½ cases (18 bottles, 3 bottles each) of some of Kistler Vineyards finest wines from the vintages of 2002 and 2004. Wine Spectator's James Laube says that Kistler's name is synonomous with brilliantly-crafted wines that are ripe, rich, complex, intricate and concentrated. According to Robert Parker, Kistler is a reference point winery for New World Chardonnay, although their viticultural and winemaking techniques are decidedly Burgundian. Moreover, Kistler Chardonnays are very age-worthy. The 2004 Cuvee Cathleen merited 95-97 points from Parker. The 2004 Kistler Vineyard Chardonnay scored 94-96. The 2004 Cuvee Catherine Pinot Noir rated 94-95 while the Cuvee Elizabeth Pinot Noir got 96-98.
