Item Description
Antique American Tull & Gibbs, Inc. oak S-roll top desk, in excellent re-finished condition. Fitted with pigeon-holes and 5 upper drawers, stationary and document holders. Lower drawers have applied wooden grips. Beautiful recessed panels and curtain, plus molded base. Reported hidden compartment. Approximately 50” high, 60” wide and 33” deep. Includes appraisal. Brass key plate (with key) indicates desk originated in Portland, Oregon. Production was last quarter of the 19th century, most likely 1890 to 1900. Vintage desks in this condition are difficult to find in the Greater Portland Oregon area.
