Item Special Note
K Tauches is an artist, thinker and graphic designer who lives in Atlanta. She formed True Heart Collaborations (THC) and worked in that all-female art group for several years, producing two major artist-initiated shows in historic city spaces: The House Project, a whole house installation (2003) and Lights Out, site specific installations in a darkened, 22-room mansion (2003). As an individual artist, Tauches has shown/performed in many of Atlanta’s galleries and found spaces. She also curates for Eyedrum. In general, she sees her role as an artist akin to contemporary shamanism, alternative reporting and cultural activism.
