"The concept of the "Chef's Table" is in fact extremely old. It is a celebration of food, wine, and friends. The traditional setting for an event of this nature is typically in the kitchen. However, we have created a much more intimate setting specifically for this occasion. The privacy of the Chef's Room in our Wine Cellar at Zahtar allows you to enjoy your company and be entertained by the inspired Chef de Cuisine, all while the Maitre¿D is popping the bottle of wine for the next course and the wait staff is busy attending to the table and pampering the group. The menu is created by David Fhima impromptu, meaning it will be prepped only upon arrival. We will pair all courses with a complimentary wine to bring out the unique flavors of each dish. Our Chef¿s Table experience is as much of a cooking and wine class as it is a memorable meal in a wonderful intimate setting."

Item Special Note

David Fhima is also the chef of both Martini Blu in Minneapolis and Lo-to in St. Paul. David will attend the Thaw to personal auction off this item.
