Great Gatherings are classes and parties provided by Spring Hill School families and friends. Tickets will be on sale at the Thaw Gala on Saturday, February 9 (Gala Tickets).
Herbs for Kids
Learn about the best plant ever—it sucks out splinters, shards of glass, pus, dirt, and stops bleeding and pain! And it grows all around you… Can you guess what plant you are so lucky to have growing right next to you? Come to a fun herb class where we will look around at the weeds and find some useful ones to prepare an herb infused oil that will become an ointment for all the kids.
No home should be without this fabulous plant. Children will prepare their own ointment to take home.
(Lise Wolf has studied herbalism for 17 years and is a professional member of the American Herbalist Society. An active practitioner, Lise supplies her apothecary primarily with herbs she gathers and prepares. She has taught beginning and advanced classes in the Midwest for the past 11 years.)

This class will be held on Thursday, May 29 from 1 - 3 p.m. at Spring Hill School. $25.00/child. 12 child limit.
