Three Changes is the first show of the 2008-2009 season at the award-winning Playwrights Horizons, New York City's off-Broadway, premiere writer's theater. Playwrights Horizons is dedicated to supporting, developing, and producing contemporary American writers' new work.
Playwights Horizons has received numerous Tony Awards, Obie Awards, Lucille Lortel Awards, Outer Critic Circle Awards, and Drama Desk Awards. Gurney's Later Life, Adam Guettel and Tina Landau's Floyd Collins, Jeanine Tesori and Brian Crawley's Violet, as well as four Pulitzer Prize winners: Doug Wright's I Am My Own Wife, Stephen Sondheim and James Lapine's Sunday in the Park with George, Alfred Uhry's Driving Miss Daisy and Wendy Wasserstein's The Heidi Chronicles.
