Item Description
Rochester artist, Christina Laurel, offers an original mixed media work of art, 'Fanfare.' Christina uses colored pencils, watercolor and collage to capture the beauty of Japanese design and aesthetics. Her choice of geometric shapes and soft floral patterns, and her skillful mix of bold colors with delicate shades delight the eye. This piece is displayed and protected in a contemporary frame with a black matte finish. It measures 32 inches by 24 inches. Enjoy this unique and beautiful piece in any home or office space. Christina studied art/art history at Cornell University and the University of Maryland and has extensive experience in graphics, publicity, and website concept. Her work has been exhibited throughout the Rochester area and is in private collections in South Carolina and California. She has been honored by the Rochester Contemporary Gallery, and the Washington, DC Commission on the Arts, grant for media presentation 'American Women in Art.'
