Amy Dixon has a BA in studio art from Newcomb College of Tulane University and did post-graduate work at the Studio Arts Center International in Florence, Italy. Her gallery representation includes: Vail Fine Art, Breckenridge Fine Art, Santa Fe Fine Art, Huff Harrington Fine Art in Atlanta, Jules Place in Boston, Studio Gallery in Palm Beach, Fla., Ann Connelly Fine Art in Baton Rouge, La., and City Art Gallery in Greenville, N.C. Her mask, “Painted Postcards from Italy,” was inspired by the land of timeless beauty. "Everything begins and ends in romance, dreams and fantasy..... and of course, food and wine!" she says. Collage paintings reflect snips of a recent trip to Venice and Tuscany.
