Adam Teitelbaum was born in New York City in 1962 and grew up in Denver. He graduated from Western State College in 1984 with a degree in history. Now an award-winning artist, Adam works with his wife out of their studio at the base of the Taos Mountain in the Sangre de Cristo Mountains of northern New Mexico. Adams’s work has been shown in juried shows, galleries and museums as well as many private collections. His mask, “Take the World Out for a Spin,” actually spins by turning the knob on the top or bottom.
