What is a more fitting way to promote Denver than to use a dog and the Denver skyline in a painting. That' what Denver artist Marlene Feinholz did when she was commissioned to do a mask for Richard Scharf, president and CEO of the Denver Metro Convention & Visitors Bureau. Marlene has received numerous awards for her works that are in private collections across the country. Her painting of the historic Broadmoor Hotel hangs in the CEO' office. "Painting my personal interpretation of scenes depicting recognizable buildings while maintaining an air of isolation and mystery is the fuel that urges me on to do another piece," says Marlene, whose works can be viewed at www.DenverArtists.com.
