Community Leader
Item Description
You may not recognize the name John Kelley, yet to The Denver Hospice John Kelley embodies the spirit of a community hero. Following a career as an Executive Manager for the Colorado Department of Human Services, he put his skills to work as an energetic volunteer when he was not travelling the world. His organizational mastery laid a foundation for many successful processes utilized in The Mask Project. Mr. Kelley will sadly be missed as he lost his own struggle with advanced illness in 2007 while under the care of The Denver Hospice. His mask, "Our Honor-A Tribute Mask", was designed by artist Brad Sharp.
