The four-course oyster education and pairing is for eight people. Learn about the preparation of classic sauces, shucking, and key differences in oysters from region to region. Learn about such oyster preparations such as Oysters Rockefeller, Grilled and Marinated Oysters, and finish with a Chefs selection of desserts. Oceanaire Seafood Room Denver offers more than 25 species of seafood and shellfish flown in daily from around the world. The high-energy restaurant is reminiscent of the spacious, comfortable dining rooms found in classic 1930s ocean liners.
