Item Description
Since 1814, knives bearing the WUSTHOF name and the Trident logo have been crafted in the world´s "Cutlery Capital" of Solingen, Germany. Today, in a state-of-the-art facility, that tradition of quality is ensured as old-world craftsmanship meets twenty first century production methods. Featuring handles crafted from African blackwood, this collection combines exceptional craftsmanship and striking design. The razor-sharp, full-tang blades run the entire length of each knife; the handle is triple riveted for added strength. The recessed bolster allows the blade to be sharpened from end to end. Steel double bolsters add an attractive finishing detail.
Included in the set are a 3 1/2" paring knife, a 4 1/2" utility knife, a 5" hollow-ground santoku, an 8" bread knife, an 8" hollow-ground carving knife, an 8" chef's knife, six steak knives, pull-apart stainless-steel kitchen shears, a 10" honing steel and a walnut storage block with slots for 17 items. A care kit with mineral oil for maintaining the handles' appearance is included. Made in Germany.
