Item Description
Kym Jackson, former Mrs Texas will teach a class of 10 girls etiquette.
"Powerpuff Principles- enhancing your personal radiance" is about remembering the grace and good manners our mothers and grandmothers displayed in the way they dressed, the way they behaved, and the image they projected. it is representative of their style, manner, gracefulness and confidence. It allows us to embrace our own femininity while doing anything we put our minds to.
My mother, daughter and I have taught Powder Puff classes at colleges, high schools and elementary schools in challenged communities to educate others and make a difference in the community. Being a role model in this capacity of educating others is very satisfying.
Powder Puff offers etiquette classes and donations of food, funds and time to this community on a regular basis. Volunteer work is perhaps my most passionate "hobby," but I also enjoy playing golf, jogging, and arts and crafts.
I am excited as I venture into my reign as National Mrs. Texas 2007, and I look forward to "using my crown as a microphone" to be a positive role model and to promote events and causes that make a difference in the world.
