AMERICAN AIRLINES
Travel is valid for 12 months from date of issue. A 7 or 14 day advance airline reservation is required. Airport taxes and fees are the responsibility of the passenger. Flights may not be upgraded with miles. A Saturday night stay is required. 2008 Blackout dates: Jan 1-6, Feb 15-17, Apr 21-23, Nov 24-25, Dec 19-31.

Travel is valid through 1/31/09. Resort blackout dates: 12/28 - 1/4

Any room cancelled 45 days - 30 days prior to arrival will be subject to a $400 cancellation penalty. Any room cancelled 29 days - 15 days prior to arrival will be subject to cancellation penalty of $920. Any room cancelled within 14 days of arrival will be subject to a cancellation penalty of $1,840. A $100 reschedule fee will apply 14 days or more prior to arrival. Reschedule terms may not be available within 14 days of arrival, however will be taken on a case by case basis.
