The lobby is the loveliest in the capital, with an elegant, airy and refined European style reflected in marble floors so polished one can't help but wonder where they hide the Zamboni. Continuous maintenance keeps the appointments in the stunning conservatory lounge looking equally fresh and inviting. A large part of the room's allure is the gracefully sloping conservatory windows, under which guests lounging in chic Continental seating gaze at the Tuscan-inspired garden and courtyard just outside. A pianist adds a romantic touch most evenings.

At 17,000 square feet, the mezzanine-level health club is one of the city's largest and most comprehensive, featuring a 45-foot lap pool and squash and racquetball courts, as well as a whirlpool, sauna, aerobics rooms, exercise bikes, treadmills and fitness stations with headphones and TVs. The health club welcomes guests from neighboring hotels, charging them a daily fee.

Standard guest rooms, labeled Fairmont Rooms, are equal to any in town and better than most, with bright decor, golden yellow and royal-blue color schemes, three phones, TVs, clock radios equipped with CD players, oversized desks, lighted dry bars with stocked minibars and safes. Your stay includes daily breakfast for (2) in the dining room. These certificates can be redeemed with no blackout dates and will be accepted on any date that there is any availability for the room type purchased including holidays. The certificates will be valid one year from event date.

American Airlines

This package includes round-trip coach class service for two from any American Airlines destination in the 48 contiguous United States to anywhere American Airlines flies in the 48 contiguous United States subject to availability. Great upgrade pricing is available!  The winning bidders can upgrade their coach class airfare to first class airfare by calling 800-209-6888.  A minimum of 21 days advance booking is required as is a Saturday night stay. The winning bidders will be able to earn AAdvantage miles in accordance with the terms and conditions of the AAdvantage frequent flyer program. Miles cannot be utilized to upgrade these coach class certificates to a higher level of service. The certificates will have a one-year expiration date from the date issued and all reservations are subject to availability.

Any airport departure or taxes (if charged) are the responsibility of the winning bidder. Ground transportation is not included in this package.
