Package includes:

*consultations and development of original custom design for you, your organization, or business; 3 diverse design options are provided based on your initial direction and the final design is refined from there
*guidance and assistance to you with your site architecture development (the way your content is organized and pages interface within the website and the larger world wide web)
*creation of complete website based on the final new design and your approved site architecture, including up to 10 pages, navigation system, in compliance with global web standards (Platform: Dreamweaver)
*media: accommodation for embedded flash photogalleries, video, audio, etc. depending on your needs (does not include preparation of the actual media files themselves such as video editing, photo prep for the galleries, etc.)
*simple calendars of events interface (elaborate calendars with client-updating capability may be requested upon bid)
*training and setup for client-maintenance of site if desired (Platform: Contribute)
*basic interactive forms such as "click here to join or contact" (elaborate forms may be developed upon bid as needed)
*access to extensive library of professional images (copyright free / fair use) to embellish your site as needed
*metatags, keywords, internal content and listings with all search engines (Google, Yahoo, etc.) to ensure high ranking in search results for your site
*technical and editorial follow-up (within reason) for 30 days after live launch of your site to address any feedback from your larger audience or any technical issues

Does not include the following, HOWEVER any of these elements can be made available by supplemental bid:

*purchase or payment of the website name (url) or ongoing web hosting service (recommendations and assistance can be provided as needed; current recommended host service is $4.95/month with free life-time domain name)
*ecommerce interface such as online payment systems / online stores / purchasing capability, etc.
*internal search feature
*blogs
*additional content pages past the initial 10
*ongoing webmaster services

Timing: Most sites take 2-3 months from conception to launch. This will be a priority project for the donor and every effort will be made to meet any expressed deadlines by the winning bidder, but the site must be completed between January 1 and June 1 of 2009.

Content: The philosophy of Light Graphics is one of right livelihood and benefit for beings. Commercial endeavors are welcomed, as are artists, nonprofits, or family or personal websites; however, donor reserves the right to decline the winning bid (with full refund).
