Peakview Accounting Services, PC was founded by Tracy Slaughter in January of 2006.
Tracy brings a unique blend of talents to the marketplace. She is a CPA in the states of Colorado and Illinois, and has been a licensed practitioner working in public accounting since 1988. Working for several firms in Chicago and then Boulder has given her a broad knowledge base with regard to public accounting.
She has extensive experience in income tax return and financial statement preparation. She was the audit manager and financial statement technical reviewer for a number of different employers. She was also responsible for these firms' programs of quality control for auditing and accounting.
Peakview Accounting Services, PC is focused on client needs in the areas of income tax preparation and financial statement preparation for individuals, non-profits and small businesses. The firm also specializes in general ledger reconciliation, tax planning and entity structuring for small businesses. Other services include: bookkeeping, payroll tax preparation and account reconciliations.
