Item Description
About the Artist: Ruth Christensen was born in Lynge on February 12, 1929. When she was just 11 years old, she lost both of her arms up to the elbow in an accident. In her youth she attended the arts and crafts school in Copenhagen and then later became a graphic artist for an advertising agency. Ruth began mouth painting with an ambitious artistic language. Her colorful floral pieces, still lifes and landscapes are her preferred subjects. She prefers painting with watercolors or oils. Ruth has been a member of the Association since 1982. In 1992, she was elected to the board of AMFPA which she is still part of.
All MFPA Prints are 12X15 inches.
