Alexander Technique is a mind-body method that can help you to: Reduce stress, ease pain and discomfort, improve your posture and breathing, enhance performance and concentration and feel more comfortable in your body.
Lesson is one hour and takes place in studio on W. 117th Street. Takes place on a table and there also is stitting work, standing and walking. Let me help you learn how to release persistent tension and replace it with ease and fluidity.
Nina D'Abbracci is a certified teacher of The Alexander Technique. She currently teaches in the MFA Theater Department at Columbia University, the New Actors Workshop, and the Linklater Center for Voice and Language, in addition to her private practice. She has worked extensively with musicians, actors and "regular people" in Manhattan for the past 20 years and is a member of Alexander Technique International.
