About Sarah Jacob
Sarah Jacob was born in England to Indian/Middle Eastern/Jewish parents. Her music is as eclectic and confused as her heritage resulting in passionate melodies and prolific songwriting. Her new CD ‘Damask’, is emotional, philosophical and healing. “I use my music to address difficult topics, like our relationship with nature and others, as well as more personal emotions that every human being experiences. I was very lucky to work with some brilliantly talented local musicians. Extra special thanks to local Jazz artist Max Farber who helped arrange many songs on the album."
About Damask
Damask features: Sarah Jacob - piano, lyrics and vocals, Max Farber – Keyboards, Alison Irvine - violin, Michelle Forman - background vocals, Fabio Patino and Alan Reyna – percussion, Patino Vasquez - guitar and background vocals and John Cameron for arranging and recording Save Me.
