Bob Paulding’s work is quickly building a following and it’s easy to see why. His eye for the intricate details of nature, which resonate from his landscapes and close-ups of fauna are a feast for the eye. Whether it be a rock formation in Utah or a single wild flower in the Northeast his eye and his camera capture the natural beauty of nature in a clean and vibrant way. In addition, he brings his uncanny eye for natural forms to the unlikely subject matter of automobiles.

Born in Chicago, he graduated from Cedar Cliff High School in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania before going on to study Graphic Arts at Broward College in Florida. Bob initially trained with such notable photographers as John Shaw, David Middleton, Cliff Zenor and Bill Fortney before spending time at the Rocky Mountain School of Photography and the Nikon School.

His photographic assignments have taken him all across the United States and Canada from the Grand Tetons, Banff National Park to Jasper National Park, the Smokies, Acadia National Park and to many prestigious car shows such as the Eastern National Hot Rod Show, the Old English Car Show and the Carlisle Car Show. He is beginning to win recognition for his work, and in 2001 the State of Maryland awarded him Ist Place in the NCR Trails Park Competition.
