Tim Reynolds is owner and president of Tribute, Inc. Tribute develops and markets software for industrial distributors. We focus primarily on distributors of hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, specialty and industrial hose and rubber, and gasket products. By way of example, many of our customers are Eaton or Parker Hannifin distributors. We develop and market two ERP products: the Tribute Software System, a UNIX - based solution, and TrulinX, a Windows - based solution. Both provide a fully integrated business system supporting virtually all of the distributors' business system needs.
Prior to purchasing Tribute, Inc. in 1994, Tim worked in a variety of management positions with British Petroleum and BP America. Before joining BP, Tim worked for The Cleveland Trust Company (now KeyCorp) as an International Lending Officer. Tim is a graduate of Macalester College where he received his B.A., and the University of Michigan Graduate School Of Business, where he received his MBA.
Tim was chairman of the Northeast Ohio Software Association (NEOSA) at the time of its merger with COSE. He is currently is COSE's Chair. He is also on Greater Cleveland Partnership Board and Executive committee and on the board of the National Small Business Association, a Washington DC based advocacy group. In addition, Tim serves on the Board of Nortech. Tim's wife Mary serves on the Village Council of the Village of Gates Mills, and Tim serves on the Village Finance Committee, and also as Chair of the Budget Committee.

The executives will meet with the winning bidders at a time convenient to both parties, on or before December 1, 2009, except in the case of some celebrities which may carry over to the first quarter of 2010.
Once the winning bid has been validated and collected, CAAO will request the winning bidder's bio/resume and reason for wanting to meet the executive and communicate that information to the executive. CAAO will also pass on the necessary contact information for the winning bidder to make their appointment.
If the winning bidder cancels or wishes to change the date/time of the meeting once it has been scheduled, the winning bidder will be responsible for contacting the executive to communicate any changes.
The winning bidder is responsible for all travel expenses to attend this meeting.
