Item Description
The Garden Continuum will help you develop a custom landscape design solution for your home landscape that will encompass a comprehensive analysis of existing conditions as well as ideas for to fulfill your future landscape goals.
Landscape Design Service - budgeted at 30 hours
1. Landscape Assessment (on-site)
- Conducted by Monique Allen
2. Initial design scope review (in home)
- Requires submission of a plot plan
- Requires all decisions makers to attend and prepare for meeting
3. Site Analysis (on-site)
- Conducted by the TGC design team
4. Design Concept and Review (at TGC office)
- Requires all decisions makers to attend meeting
5. Final Design & Plant List submission (at TGC office)
- Items 1 & 2 are normally held on the same day. Item one is done by Monique solo. Item two will follow with decision makers in the house and may include a walk around the property as well. Normally these two steps take about two to three hours.
- Item 3 is conducted by the TGC design team and does not require the home owners to be present of home.
- Item 4 is developed over the next few weeks. When we have finished our conceptual design we will have a comprehensive review meeting with the decision makers (home owners) in order to critique. Clients are welcome to take a copy of the plan home to review for one week. Additional comment can be submitted by email and reviewed by phone if needed.
- Item 5 is completed once all feedback has been analyzed and incorporated into the finished plan. This plan is presented here at the TGC office.
NOTES:
· This service will be for a maximum of 30 hours of work so if the design scope suggested by the client will go over that allotment, we can discuss options before work begins.
· One way travel time is included in the allotment of hours.
· This service does not include budgeting and estimating for installation.
· This service is not transferable or refundable.
