As the CEO and founder of Adcom www.adcom1.com and Optiem www.optiem.com , Joe's marketing expertise spans all facets of communications and is particularly deep in online and creative strategies. His extensive client work includes prominent organizations such as The Kauffman Foundation, YMCA of the USA , Cleveland Clinic, and STERIS.
His professional recognitions include being named an Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year finalist, receiving the SME Marketing of the Year Award and Kent State University 's Young Alumni of the Year Award. Joe also is a member of the Business Advisory Council for Kent State, serves on the board for the American Red Cross' Greater Cleveland Chapter, and is a part of the 2006-2007 Leadership Cleveland Class. Joe holds his MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management with a dual concentration in Marketing and Organizational Behavior. Kubic received his BA degree from Kent State University where he majored in Marketing and minored in Music.
Joe and his wife Jennifer live in Cleveland Heights with their three children. The couple also owns and runs an equestrian vacation facility in western PA www.gallopinginn.com

The executives will meet with the winning bidders at a time convenient to both parties, on or before December 1, 2009, except in the case of some celebrities which may carry over to the first quarter of 2010.
Once the winning bid has been validated and collected, CAAO will request the winning bidder's bio/resume and reason for wanting to meet the executive and communicate that information to the executive. CAAO will also pass on the necessary contact information for the winning bidder to make their appointment.
If the winning bidder cancels or wishes to change the date/time of the meeting once it has been scheduled, the winning bidder will be responsible for contacting the executive to communicate any changes.
The winning bidder is responsible for all travel expenses to attend this meeting.
