Welcome to the Spirit of Leadership A two hour private coaching session or a half day innovation, leadership and team building program with Jackie Stevenson and her herd of seven horses. Our vision is to be a catalyst for innovation through  leadership excellence, team performance and organizational spirit inspired by horses and nature for sustainable success.   We believe that in this time of rapid change, complex choices and difficult decisions, that we learn best through relevant, real-time, real-world experiences.

Our purpose is to prepare you for these challenges through hands on learning with horses.   We prepare you for innovation, leadership and teamwork by offering experiences for you to partner with horses. You will learn to be more innovative in leadership and teamwork as you establish communication and trust with the horse, lead a horse through challenges, and work as a team to move a herd of horses towards a common direction or goal.

The benefit of learning with horses is that horses respond to credible, enthusiastic and forward thinking leadership and to coherent, committed and engaging team work. Their response offers immediate feedback about your leadership presence and team effectiveness. With this "felt sense" you can fine tune your leadership style, work in your team successfully and experience a sense of morale, loyalty and belonging in your organization.   The deliverable result is that you will take with you experience that will help you to be innovative, act decisively in uncertain situations, resolve conflict effectively, listen and engage in clear communication and build team cohesion and collaboration.  

Jackie Lowe Stevenson MSSA is a consultant, coach and educator.  She is the founder and CEO of Spirit of Leadership LLC. Jackie is an adjunct professor at the Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences at Case Western Reserve University, Entrepreneur- in- Residence at Lake Erie College and on the faculty of the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland.She is a past Director of the Mandel Jewish Community Center of Cleveland and of the Clinical Center of the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland. She teaches and lectures within the U.S. and in Turkey, Israel and Mexico.

The executives will meet with the winning bidders at a time convenient to both parties, on or before December 1, 2009, except in the case of some celebrities which may carry over to the first quarter of 2010.

Once the winning bid has been validated and collected, CAAO will request the winning bidder's bio/resume and reason for wanting to meet the executive and communicate that information to the executive. CAAO will also pass on the necessary contact information for the winning bidder to make their appointment.

If the winning bidder cancels or wishes to change the date/time of the meeting once it has been scheduled, the winning bidder will be responsible for contacting the executive to communicate any changes.

The winning bidder is responsible for all travel expenses to attend this meeting.
