You and your party of eight (8) can enjoy a memorable weekend in the country at The Center for Discovery. Arrive Saturday afteroon and be welcomed at the comfortable Wild Turkey Bed & Breakfast right on The Center's campus.
Cesare Casella, Executive Chef at Salumeria Rosi, famed Manhattan restaurant, will teach a cooking class on Saturday for you and your guests and prepare a dinner to remember for your party that evening.
Sunday brunch will also be prepared by Chef Casella especially for you and your guests featuring some of the fabulous organic bounty from The Center's own Thanksgiving Farm CSA.
Chef Casella has authored three cookbooks about the fundamentals of Tuscan cooking and is currently the Dean of the Italian Culinary Academy at the International Culinary Center (formerly French Culinary Institute).
