Sharlene Ramos Chesnes holds the position of Board Chair and Executive Vice President of Business Development for InterChez Logistics Systems Inc.  In this capacity Sharlene provides day to day leadership over a broad reaching initiative to improve the way InterChez Logistics Systems serves its customers and employees through implementation of new programs and services. 

 

Prior to her involvement as major shareholder of InterChez Logistics Systems, Inc., Chesnes was an educator and department head.  She has held senior level positions in both the non-profit and for profit business sectors.  In the various leadership positions, she was responsible for the growth and development initiatives.  She accomplished these initiatives by developing and implementing project and program development protocols to ensure performance consistency and accountability at all levels of the organization.  She focused on the sales aspect by developing and executing customer retention practices and new customer sales protocols. 

 

Chesnes is a graduate of Kent State University.  She has a long history of involvement with civic organizations.  She serves on several committees such as the International Language Needs Roadmap Design Team, Global Advanced-Leadership Planning Committee, Member of the John Carroll University Entrepreneurs Association, Board member of Nueva Luz, COSE Advocacy,  Minority Business Enterprise Input Committee (MBEIC), and Leadership Cleveland Class of 2008. She has also received numerous awards and honors including: the Governors Famous Hispanic Award, People to People Leadership Award, Kent State University W.R.A Achievement Award,

 

Chesnes, and husband Mark, reside in Northeast Ohio with their five children and three grandchildren.

The executives will meet with the winning bidders at a time convenient to both parties, on or before December 1, 2009, except in the case of some celebrities which may carry over to the first quarter of 2010.

Once the winning bid has been validated and collected, CAAO will request the winning bidder's bio/resume and reason for wanting to meet the executive and communicate that information to the executive. CAAO will also pass on the necessary contact information for the winning bidder to make their appointment.

If the winning bidder cancels or wishes to change the date/time of the meeting once it has been scheduled, the winning bidder will be responsible for contacting the executive to communicate any changes.

The winning bidder is responsible for all travel expenses to attend this meeting.
