The food of Mexico’s Yucatan Peninsula in the beautiful Caribbean is at once exotic, rustic and uncomplicated, relying on the freshness of ingredients and the skill of the cook, rather that sauces that hide.

            We feel that this food is well suited to today’s lifestyle.  Most meats are char grilled.  We offer a variety of vegetarian and low fat/no fat selections.  Let us know if you want your food authentically spicy – we like that way!

Shrimp Fajita – Sautéed shrimp, peppers and onions in a soft flour tortilla with a creamy poblano sauce with rice and beans

Mexi Combo – Sautéed chicken breast and shrimp covered with creamy rajas poblanas served with rice & beans

Chicken Mole – Sautéed chicken breast covered in brown mole sauce served with rice & beans

Chile Relleno – Roasted, poblano pepper stuffed with chicken and vegetables covered with red tomatillo sauce served with rice & beans

Pescado – Sautéed fish served over rice covered with green tomatillo sauce served with a side salad

Tamales – 2 tamales de maza filled with chicken (ask which one is available) served with rice & beans
