Isaac Bishop is a Project Manager for the RISE group. His area provides services for the Education, Healthcare and the Public Buildings sectors. Isaac previousy served as a project manager for the PARCOMM division of Parsons. Prior to Parsons Isaac served as a Senior Project manager for the Design and Construction group of the Capital Development Board of the State of Illinois were he led the 100 Million dollar capital expansion project of Chicago State University.

Isaac has been a member of the NBMBAA since 2003. He is serving his second year as President of the Chicago Chapter, and credits his success to the committed, discipline and collaborative efforts of his leadership team, committee volunteers, partnering affinity groups and corporate partners. Prior to serving as Chicago Chapter President he served in a variety of roles in the Chicago chapter including Vice-President, Internal Vice President, and Marketing and Communication Co-Chair. Isaac is a lifetime member of the NBMBAA and was introduce to the association by Marissa Butler, a lifetime member.

Isaac received a bachelor of Architectural Engineering from the University of Southern Mississippi. Isaac currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors and as the Treasurer for the Lugenia Burns Hope Center. The Hope center is a grass root leadership development and community organizing group founded in 1994 by US president Barack Obmam and Sokioni Karanja. Addtionally, Isaac is also a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity incorporated. He served as a member of the housing committe for the Alumni chapter of the Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity. He is also a member of the Illinois Chapter of the National Association of Minority Architects, where he previously served as Parliamentarian.
