Keene Advisory Group
Through Keene Advisory Group, Eric partners with Fortune 1000 and private client executives to assess staffing needs and develop executive search strategies. He consistently identifies, evaluates and recruits management talent for domestic and international clientele. Formerly with Russell Reynolds Associates, Eric served as a firm-wide leader on diversity and as a member of the Corporate Officers’ practice.
Post business school, Eric worked in management consulting with McKinsey & Company serving clients on strategic, operational and organizational engagements. He previously held sales and marketing positions with IBM, O’Connor & Associates and AT&T. Prior to founding Keene Advisory Group he served in executive positions with TaxLogic.com and the Chinese language site LittleCrazy.com.
Eric chairs the nominating committee of Bronzeville’s Centers for New Horizons and serves on the Board of Directors for the Alumni Association of Case Western Reserve University. He is a member of the CEO Council of Chicago United, the National Association of Corporate Directors and the Economic Club of Chicago. Eric has been quoted in various publications including the Vault Guide to Conquering Corporate America for Women and Minorities, the Black Collegian and Tribune Media Services.
A Shaker Heights native, Eric received his MBA from Case Western Reserve University where he was the recipient of the Weatherhead School of Management’s Alumni Association Scholarship. He earned his B.S. in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
