Procter & Gamble is a Consumer Products Good Company in Cincinnati, Ohio delivering over $83 billion in Net Outside Sales. Ms. Johnson has responsibility for shared services for Global Health & Well-Being categories including Always, Oral-B, Crest, Braun, Pringles, IAMS, Eukanuba, Actonel, Asacol, Enablex, Metamucil, Prilosec, Vicks and PUR brands. She develops strategic business plans that include Information Technology solutions and shared services such as Employee services, purchases, business analytics, supply chain and commercial services.
Ms. Johnson developed the H&WB Global Business Services strategic action plan for FY08-09. As a result, $2.3 million dollars in shared services savings was delivered to the H&WB Presidents. Under her leadership, the organization was able to deliver decision cockpits that ensured “one stop shop” for critical business metrics. They accelerated the digital marketing area by delivering e-Commerce capability for H&WB brands. They also accelerated virtual solutions capability to ensure “First Moment of Truth” of their brands on retail shelves.
Ms. Johnson is a member of the ITSMF organization. Her leadership in Procter & Gamble includes: Leader of the IT African-American Leadership Team, Member of the IT Women’s Leadership Steering Team, and Advisor of the LEADS IDS leadership network. She is a Children’s Church Sunday school teacher at Zion Global Ministries Church. Her interests are reading, singing and gardening.
Ms. Johnson received the YMCA Black Achiever Award in 2008. She graduated from the ITSMF Protégé Program in 2006. She received the P&G Power of You Award in 2008 and 2009 for Leadership in delivering business results. She also received the IT African-American Award for Leadership.
