Chareen’s accomplishments include: turning around a multi-million dollar distressed project and successfully completing it one week ahead of schedule, resulting in savings in excess of $100,000; turning around an "at-risk" software development project, which retained existing customers and increased new customers by 20%; transforming a team of engineers into project managers, which enabled them to eliminate a backlog of outstanding orders and increase product throughput for new orders; travelling to France, Switzerland, England, Germany and Brussels to assess European telecommunications strategies, policies and procedures.
Chareen received a Building a High-Performing Business Certificate from Dartmouth University, Tuck School of Business, her Masters in Communications from Northwestern University, and her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley. She is an Officer of Microsoft Project User Group, a member of the Project Management Institute, and former Executive Committee Chair for the National Black MBA Association.
