Item Description
Don't the objects in this original oil-on-linen jump right out at you? Allan Hall works from a pencil sketch to create three-dimensional images of vibrant color. He glazes the surface after painting, adding luminescence to the painting.
Most objects in Allan's paintings have a personal meaning to him, for example, flowers from his wife's garden, or antiques from his family's collection. An artist whose works are collected nationwide, he has donated to the auction to promote the appreciation of original art - which he feels is in danger of dying out in the United States.
Item Special Note
This oil on linen is unframed and measures 14"H x 12"W.
