This came from a private naval reference collection and was purchased new. Book is in very good condition for its age with some slight wear on cover edges, faint scratches in lower right corner of cover. Collector’s name is written in ink on inside cover, no book plate. Slight separation in major USA ships . Otherwise, interior pages in excellent condition, no markings. This is the well-known standard annual reference work for the world’s Navies, and is a “must-have” invaluable resource of any naval reference library. Some unique listings include a full page on the nuclear cruiser USS Long Beach, page on the Chicago class talos and tarter guided missile cruisers, 6 pages of listings on the post war English carriers, full page on each of the 31 Lafayette class boomers (SSBN), the 5 Ethan Allen’s, and the 5 George Washington’s.
