Almond
In the spring of 2001, co-owners and childhood friends Jason Weiner and Eric Lemonides opened a Parisian bistro in Bridgehampton offering bold bistro fare at reasonable prices, convivial service and an attractive dining room. After honing their skills at an array of fine restaurants on both coasts they took their combined 25 years experience and settled on the East End of Long Island, a perfect setting for Almond.
Hearth
Welcome to Hearth Restaurant, located in Manhattan's East Village. Our food is rooted in the modern traditions of the American kitchen with influences from our Italian heritage. Our wine program is equally modern but finds inspiration in the strangest places. Most important to us is our expression of hospitality. The hearth is the home and we take this sentiment to heart, aspiring in all manner of ways to exceed expectations.
Table 8
Acclaimed chief Govind Armstrong arrives in New York City with the opening of Table 8 at The Cooper Square Hotel. Armstrong's style of vibrant dishes marry the highest-quality local products with seasonal ingredients sourced from artisanal growers and independent farmers around the world. His approachable menu at Table 8 at The cooper Square Hotel includes flatbreads, pastas and small plates. A highlight of his menu is a variety of meat and fish cured in-house with rare salts and custom-blended teas.
